Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Ozark Food Bank, a pre-engineered metal building, MEP and related site work. 2,000 s.f., will be received at Ozark City Hall, 2910 W. Commercial Street, Ozark AR until 2:00 p.m., May 09, 2024 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of site work and building construction of a 2,000 s.f. PEMB.
Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained as follows:
Electronic PDF files are available from the Architect of all plans and specifications. PDF files will only be issued to the General Contractors. Sub-contractors and Suppliers are to obtain pdf files from the General Contractors.
General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers are required to pay all printing cost if hard copies are requested and/or required. Documents will be on file at Fort Smith Blueprint for hard copies of plans and specifications.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
