PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS – CORTEZ PUMP
STATION, HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNER’S
ASSOCIATION, HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, ARKANSAS
Sealed Bids for the Pump Station Improvements – Cortez Pump Station will be received by the Hot Springs Village Property Owner’s Association, 895 Desoto Blvd, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas 71909 until 10:00 AM. local time on May 2, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project(s) generally consists of installing new electrical enclosure, standby power generator and/ or sewage handling pumps provided by the Owner as well as electrical/ controls work, site work as well as temporary bypass pumping. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the issuing office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at www.cristengineers.com , during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $25 for each set. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
This publication was paid for by Hot Springs Village Property Owner’s Association. The amount to be paid for this publication is $279.46.
