Separate sealed bids for the construction of ArDOT 060250 Cutter Morning Star School District Sidewalks (TAP-21)(S) F.A.P. No. TAPR-0026(46), will be received by the Cutter Morning Star School District at the Administration Office, 2901 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 2:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the construction of new sidewalks with canopies and ramps, asphalt bus loop and parking lot paving, and incidental demolition, grading, drainage, handrail and fence installation, striping, and signage.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 4, 2024 , at the Cutter Morning Star School District, Administration Office, 2901 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901 . Potential contractors must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid this project.
The Cutter Morning Star School District hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Buy America provisions apply to this project.
