Invitation to Bid
Sealed Subcontractor and/or Supplier bids will be accepted by Circle M Construction Management, Inc. for the “New Concession Building and Press Box Addition” at the Hackett School District – Football Field. Bids will be accepted on Thursday, March 28, 2024 @ 1:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and turned in at the Hackett School Admin Office located at 102 North Oak Street, Hackett, AR. 72937.
There will not be a scheduled pre-bid conference. However, if you would like to visit the existing site prior to bid please contact the office of Circle M Construction to schedule a time to do so.
Prospective bidders may obtain bid documents by contacting the office of the Circle M Construction Management, Inc. (479)635-5301. Electronic copies are available at no charge. Arrangements can be made for bidders to obtain hard copies, if needed, at the bidder’s expense.
Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. All successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
*Note; the Concession and Press Box have separate drawings and project manuals. However, they are being bid as one lump sum bid for both. Construction of these projects will take place at the same time.
