Description: Empire State College of the State University of New York is posting the following Request for Information (RFI) for leasing office space within the Syracuse, NY area. The College is seeking a 10-year lease with optional renewal terms and holdover provision. Empire State College requires approximately 5,000 – 12,500 square feet of finished, or partially finished, space that is secure, well lighted and easily accessible. The space must be ADA compliant, and have high speed internet service capabilities. The College has preference for the space to be accessible 24/7.
