New York Freight Transportation Plan Update

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) announces the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) to update the 2019 New York State Freight Transportation Plan.

The base term of this contract is eighteen (18) months. The contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods.

The proposal due date of November 1, 2022 is subject to change.
