Description: NYSSD is requesting quotes/bids for our Building 9 Roof Replacement project. This project will be to remove and dispose of the existing copper roof down to the deck; supply & install high temperature ice and water shield; supply & install a new 24 gauge, 1 1/2" double lock 1300 standing seam metal roofing system in standard color; supply & install new drip edge; flash chimney; all metal trim and flashings to be 24 gauge. Quote/Bid pricing must include all costs for manlift rentals to complete work, safety for roofing technicians and site, and all necessary permits to complete the project.
