TITLE: Request For Innovation (RFI) #6000002072 Revolutionizing The Aviation Experience Through Digital Innovation

DESCRIPTION: This is the first of a two-phased process seeking a partner to lead the Port Authority’s journey and deliver a solution that will revolutionize the traveling `public’s aviation experience when using our terminals. The Port Authority is looking for a visionary partner who has the experience and the ambition to create with us the next generation of our digital platforms, that will elevate what digital customer experience means in the 21st century; to create digital experiences worthy of the New York New Jersey region and match the best-in-class airports we are delivering; to enhance hundreds of millions of journeys, one at a time, serving the traveling public and helping keep our region and the world moving. Through this Request for Innovation (“RFI”), the Port Authority is seeking submittals from Respondents who are qualified and prepared in all respects to design, develop and maintain a world class digital interactive platform for the Port Authority’s airports (JFK, LGA, and EWR). This RFI is the first step of a two-step Best Value procurement process. The issuance of the RFP to Shortlisted Respondents commences the second step.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
