The scope of this project is to Combine both studies into one set of construction documents. Ensure it meets NFPA 101 requirements for exit access, exiting, and exit discharge After reviewing the documents, the design team should also suggest other means to increase the safety of the basement's means of egress.

Confirm locations of electrical panel and fire alarm panels as they relate to the scope of work and review hazardous testing report and provide hazardous removal design as it related to the areas in question.

The design team will update mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications to incorporate existing dampers, replacement dampers, updated detailing, one-line diagrams, controls, and fire alarm coordination to incorporate signaling from FACP regarding the new scope. The design team must coordinate with sole source vendors Siemens, Honeywell, and other building control vendors to incorporate their scope into the design documents. This will also require a DOH submission as it deals with existing egress. The design team must coordinate with our ongoing Community Hospital Fire Alarm Audio Visual Appliance renovation project as work from this project will affect the egress project.
