COMPENSATION STUDY. The City of Excelsior is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms, experienced in the development of a job evaluation, compensation system, and benefits analysis. It is desired to obtain a consultant who will assist the City in conducting a full market analysis of our current pay/compensation package and developing wage scales.
