Sealed Bids will be received until May 6, 2024 at the Town of Queensbury, Accounting Office: Attention
Joanne Watkins, 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 until 2:20 PM local time and then at said office
publicly opened and read aloud for:
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY
SANITARY SEWER REHAB PROJECT
CONTRACT #1 – SANITARY SEWER REHAB
Work shall include but is not limited to:
Contract #1 – Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project
This work consists of CCTV of existing 8” VCP sewer main and rehabilitating approximately 2,000 LF of
8” by CIPP with approximately. Rehabilitate 4 existing manholes by resin liner and the installation of 4
new manholes.
A Pre-Bid conference will be held on April 24, 2024, 10:00 AM at the Town of Queensbury WTP, 823
Corinth Road, Queensbury, NY 12804. Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to have an
authorized representative of their firm present at this meeting.
Contract Documents, including Advertisement For Bids, Information For Bidders, Labor and
Employment, Additional Instructions, Bid Documents, Agreement, General Conditions, General
Requirements, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda, may be viewed on line at the
following website: https://de.biddyhq.com, or at the office of Delaware Engineering, D.P.C., 28 Madison
Ave Extension Albany NY, 12203. Questions should be sent to Jake Fogarty, P.E. via email at
jfogarty@delawareengineering.com.

obtaining all bid package information. All Bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary
information including bid addenda. Any Addenda will be emailed from bidding service and will be
available at https://de.biddyhq.com.
Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of
the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may
withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
