Bid opening date for this RFP is April 19, 2024 at 12:00 noon CST.

Bid Opening will take place at the Bid Express website. There will not be a Public Opening.

MANDATORY Prebid Meeting: March 7, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST — LOCATION: Salina Hydroelectric Plant, 620 S. 4437 Road, Salina, Oklahoma 74365

Bids will NOT be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the mandatory prebid meeting.

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until April 12, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST. Questions will not be answered via Phone, Fax, or Email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals must be submitted through Bid Express. Go to www.bidexpress.com look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 2782. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $40.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email.
