TOWN OF WARREN
TOWN HALL HISTORICAL CHIMNEY DOCUMENTATION,
REMOVAL, AND REBUILD PROJECT
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
The Town of Warren seeks bids from qualified contractors for the documentation, removal, and rebuilding of a historical chimney located at Warren Town Hall. The chimney is an integral part of our historic Town Hall, and we are committed to preserving its architectural integrity while ensuring structural safety.
The Town of Warren hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement.
The Town Hall Historical Chimney Documentation, Removal, and Rebuild Project specifications may be obtained in the Town Clerk's Office or by using the link below. Bid Documents are made available only to obtain offers for this project. Their use does not grant a license or permit for other purposes.
Sealed bids for Town Hall chimney repairs will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:00 am on Friday, April 26th, 2024, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerks Office, 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
