The purpose of this solicitation is to to solicit bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide and install Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring products for bedroom suites on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Magnolia House residential hall at USC Upstate. The project includes the removal of furniture, cleaning and preparation of existing Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) floor to receive new flooring overlay.
