Printing and Mailing Services

Addendum #1 issued to update Bid Line Items under the Line Items Tab in the online solicitation and is hereby made part of ITB#088T-24F.

The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual contract for Printing and Mailing Services for the Communications Department. Vendors will provide printing of postcards and various items including mailing services on an as-needed basis.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.

The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
