Notes	Addendum 1 is issued to answer questions and to revise the due date and is hereby incorporated as part of ITB #080D-24F. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately 1,865 linear feet of promenade, sidewalk, walk and ramp pavement, retaining walls, architectural pergola, safety railing, lighting/electrical, benches and litter receptacle, irrigation, trees and turf grass to complete this project in the City of Irving. The project is located at 600 Promenade Parkway, Irving, Texas 75039. Please see the DART License Procedures attachment for DART requirements associated with this project. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please contact the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Question	Are we allowed to have equipment weighing 12,000 lbs +/- to cut and compact for the Promenade sidewalk next to the waters edge?
Answer	Adjacent to the lake wall, only Bobcat or Skidsteer sized equipment is acceptable (10,000lbs or less). Larger equipment must stay 25ft or beyond.

Question	Is there special insurance and flagger requirements since we are working under the DART bridge?
Answer	Yes, they are included in the contract manual. An additional pemit fee will also be required by DART.

Question	Do we have access to stage material and equipment between sidewalk and street off of W. Northwest Hwy / TX-348 Spur?
Answer	This would require a proposed traffic control plan to be approved by Traffic Dept. (972) 721-2646
