The City of Driggs, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the business office of the City Clerk, 60 S Main St, until 1 P.M., prevailing local time, April 26, 2024 for the following project:
WALLACE AVENUE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
At 1:10 P.M. on the same day all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Council Chambers, 60 S Main Street.
The project consists of: demolition of existing roadway, preparation of sub-base, and construction of road base and asphalt for travel and parking lanes, storm drain infiltration system, and striping and signage as well as traffic control and other items per project drawings and specifications. The project will be required to coordinate with the adjacent Wallace Avenue Sidewalks project, being advertised concurrently.
Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be downloaded below or obtained at Driggs City Hall, 60 S Main Street, for a non-refundable fee of $20.00.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m.., local time, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the Driggs City Hall Council Chambers, 60 S Main S, immediately following the related Wallace Avenue Sidewalks project pre-bid meeting that is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on the same date.
Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award.
The City of Driggs, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 2964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 hereby notifies all bidders that no bidder will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in consideration for an award.
Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised to the City of Driggs at least three (3) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.
The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
