The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to perform design and construction management services for 3 mini parks located in Eagle Valley subdivision, Westbrook subdivision, and English Ridge subdivision. The three mini parks primarily serve their respective neighborhoods; however, they are an active part of the park system.
The project development for each component described will take the concept to final plan and bid specifications. A qualified consultant will design preliminary and final plans for the entire development of the parks listed. All projects in this RFP are funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and must be performed in accordance with all rules and regulations related to ARPA.
