The City of Dubuque, Iowa (City) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified professional consulting firms for providing Professional Consultant Services to collect traffic data and complete an analysis of the Central Avenue and White Street corridors in order to make improvement recommendations. As part of the previously completed Central Avenue Corridor Streetscape Master Plan, stakeholders spoke about creating streets that welcome bus, bike, and car traffic in a safe and friendly manner.
