Playground Equipment and Poured in Place Surfacing at Avon Park

Avon Park is located at 500 Avon Street in Dubuque, Iowa. The current 2-12 year- old play unit is beyond its life cycle and in need of replacement. The City will remove existing play unit two (2) weeks prior to start of construction.

This project consists of the design, procurement and installation of a playground system including poured in place surfacing at Avon Park. Work is to include the design of a play system, play system border, installation of commercial grade playground equipment, equipment footings (if necessary), drainage, and poured in place surfacing. All equipment will be assembled and installed by the Contractor, as well as poured in place surfacing. The City will remove the current play system. The City will select one (1) Contractor to provide equipment, materials and installation for the park as outlined in this request.
