Notes:
Johnson County, Kansas is requesting bids for groundskeeping services for several
Johnson County agencies. Work shall include providing esthetically pleasing
grounds, mowing, snow removal, turf maintenance, and landscaping that meets
industry best practices. Contractor(s) shall include all materials, equipment, labor,
and services necessary to perform full-service groundskeeping and landscape work.
Groundskeeping services requested will be divided into three (3) categories based
on the type of service needed and specific locations. These categories include (1)
Mowing, (2) Mowing and Landscaping, and (3) Snow and Ice Removal.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually on Thursday, March 21,
2024 at 9:00 AM Central Time via Zoom. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is
optional and participation shall have no bearing on eligibility to submit a bid in
response to this IFB. The Zoom meeting link is provided in the bid Activities tab and
can be found in the IFB.
All bids must be submitted through Johnson County's electronic bidding system,
IonWave.
