The Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Design/Build Mechanical Request for Proposals (RFP) to upgrade and replace rooftop HVAC equipment at the Ellis County Emergency Services facility located at 1105 E. 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas. All proposals must include name of Performance Bonding Company with a 5% Bid Bond to accompany said proposal, including fees for total amount included in the proposal. Successful bidder will submit a Performance and Payment Bond for the full Bid amount accepted to the Owner within 14 days of successful award.
The submissions must be received by MONDAY, February 12th, 2024, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2024 – Emergency Services HVAC”. Documents must also be available after bid opening if requested in PDF copies which can be sent to dmyers@ellisco.net
