Description:

The City of Hays, Kansas (The City) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for the construction of a hangar at the Hays Regional Airport. Hays is a community of 20,000 located along I-70 in west central Kansas. It is the intent of the City (Owner) to enter into a contract with a company to provide design-build services meeting all applicable codes and regulations. The building intent, Exhibit A, and scope of services, Exhibit B, provide details about the hangar intent and specifications.

The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the bidder can best satisfy the requirements of the City of Hays. The City of Hays shall reserve the right to enter into an agreement with the bidder presenting the proposal that is most advantageous to the City of Hays.
