Henderson Municipal Gas - Station 1 Purchase Point Replacement and Upgrade

The City of Henderson, Kentucky will be accepting bids for labor and equipment to complete the

Henderson Municipal Gas Station 1 Purchase Point Replacement and Upgrade.

Sealed bids will be received until 1:30 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. All bids shall

be in a sealed envelope, mailed or delivered to the Office of the Director of Finance, Henderson Municipal

Center, 222 First Street, or P.O. Box 716, Henderson, Kentucky 42419-0716. All bid envelopes shall be

clearly marked HENDERSON MUNICIPAL GAS STATION 1 PURCHASE POINT REPLACEMENT

AND UPGRADE in the bottom left corner of the envelope. The bids will be publicly opened and read

aloud.

Federal Davis Bacon wages apply to this project.

A pre-bid zoom conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, October 7, 2022 local time.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids. Each bid must

include a 5% bid bond. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date

of the opening thereof.
