INVITATION TO BIDRFP# CCDPW2024-06Ischer Road Pipe Replacement


The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, is accepting contractor bids for the below County roads project. Work is generally described, but is not limited to the following:

  • The project consists of but is not limited to, excavation and removal of (2) existing pipes located on Ischer Road in Federalsburg, Maryland. See the attached maps for GIS locations.

Printed copies of the RFP and bid forms may be obtained from the Caroline County Department of Public Works, located at 520 Wilmuth Street, Denton, Maryland 21629. Refer to RFP# CCDPW2024-06.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on April 19th, at 10:00 am at Ischer Road, Federalsburg, MD location #1 (see attached Proposal). Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, by no later than 10:00 a.m., May 06, 2024, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
