Separately sealed bids are requested by the Town Manager for “Contract Cleaning Services for Oak Middle School” for the Public Buildings Division.
Bids shall be sealed and appropriately marked “CONTRACT CLEANING OAK MIDDLE SCHOOL". All Bids will be received in the Town Manager’s Office, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA. 01545, on or before Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 11:00 AMat which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

Each bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience cleaning a single public school building consisting of at least 160,000 square feet of space or greater and must submit evidence of having done such work.
