Town of Agawam, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Tuckahoe Farm Master Plan Improvements for installation of access road, parking lots, walking trails, improvements to existing boat launch, rehab of low-hazard dam, installation of stormwater treatment systems, construction of stream crossings, and wetland/riverfront replication and restoration. Substantial Completion: 12/29/23. Final Completion: 6/28/24.

Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Prevailing wage rates per MGL c149 s26 to 27D inclusive issued by Dept. of Labor Standards.

MANDATORY pre-Bid conference: 11:00 a.m. local time on 4/12/23 at Department of Public Works conference room, located at 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA.
