Bid for Janitorial Service at 9th St Parking Deck and Train Depot

RE: JANITORIAL SERVICE - 9 ^th Street Parking Deck 85 W. 9 ^th St.

and Train Depot 171 Lincoln Ave

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to furnish janitorial service for the Downtown 9 ^th Street Parking Deck located at 85 W. 9 ^th Street Holland MI 49423 and the Train Depot located at 171 Lincoln Avenue Holland MI 49423.

The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE, CITY HALL, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN 49423 until 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 13, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.

Bids must be on the "BID FORM" provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked "JANITORIAL BID – 9 ^TH ST PARKING DECK AND TRAIN DEPOT”.

All contractors, prior to submission of their bid, should inspect the premises. The submission of a bid shall constitute acknowl­edgment by the contractor that he has familiarized himself thoroughly with all phases of the contemplated project. A pre-bid meeting of the premises by contractors and person­nel from the City of Holland – Facilities Dept. and Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Office will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11am at the 9 ^th Street Parking Deck located at 85 W. 9 ^th Street.
