This award(s) is being issued to the responsible firm(s) whose Invitation for Bid/ Request for Proposal (IFB/RFP)
response is determined to be the most advantageous to the District taking into consideration the award/evaluation
factors set forth in the solicitation. In accordance with Article XIV of the Procurement Code of The School District
of Greenville County, which coincides, with Article 17 of the Consolidated Procurement Code of the State of South
Carolina, bidders/proposers may have the right to protest this award within fifteen (15) calendar days of the posting
date noted above. Protests shall be received not later than 5:00 P.M. EST/EDT on the 15th day after such posting in
the District’s Procurement Department, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. The protest shall be
submitted to the District’s Purchasing Agent/Procurement Director in writing at the District address on this notice,
indicating in detail the basis for the protest, including supportive evidence and the relief sought. Should the District
be closed on the 15th day, a protest may be filed by 5:00 P.M. EST/EDT on the next full day that the District is open
for business.
