Engineer’s seal and signature does not apply to the documents, or changes thereto, that comprise Division
00, Bidding and Contracting Requirements, except for revisions to provisions of prior Addenda that modify
the Specifications and Drawings.
It is a violation applicable laws and regulations governing professional licensing and registration for any
person, unless acting under the direction of the licensed and registered design professional(s) indicated
above, to alter in any way the proposed Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda for this Project.

1.01 SECTION 01 71 23 – Field Engineering:
A. REPLACE 01 71 23 – Field Engineering in its entirety WITH the attached 01 71 23 – Field
Engineering.
1.02 SECTION 02 82 33 – Hazardous Environmental Condition Abatement:
A. REPLACE Paragraph 1.1.A.1 in its entirety WITH the below paragraph: “Contractor shall
furnish and pay for testing to identify any hazardous environmental materials in areas affected
by demolition or work shown on the Drawings.”
B. ADD the below paragraph after 1.3.B.2
3.Hazardous material testing and survey: A plan detailing procedures, activities,
inspection, testing, monitoring, and supervision of hazardous material testing and survey
shall be prepared and submitted.
a. Survey and testing shall be conducted by a firm qualified to perform hazardous testing
in the State of Missouri.
1.03 SECTION 08 31 00 – ACCESS DOORS:
A. 3.2 SCHEDULES
1. Paragraph A Vault Access Door Schedule – DELETE door 10VAD-01 from the schedule.
2. Paragraph B Floor Access Door Schedule – DELETE the schedule in its entirety.
