RFP 2024-20: Newton County Outsource HR and Payroll Services

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking RFPs for Outsourcing HR and Payroll Services to be managed and administered outside the Courthouse Building. This is not an RFP for HR/Payroll Software. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed RFPs clearly marked “RFP 2024-20: Newton County Outsource HR and Payroll Services until 10:30 am Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the RFPs. Sealed RFPs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs. The RFP invitation and specifications are available at the office of The Newton County Commission, 417-451-8223 located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
