construction of a Command Center in Eagle, Alaska

The Native Village of Eagle seeks proposals from qualified applicants for the construction of a Command Center in Eagle, Alaska. The Command Center is a 4,000 square foot SIP panel single story building constructed over a full crawlspace. The construction process will include cement footings, framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, insulation, and interior finish work as specified. Applicants must be able to procure and deliver all materials to the jobsite in Eagle, construct the building according to plans and specifications provided, and must be able to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and housing while on site. The Native Village of Eagle will provide a set of plans and specifications to approved applicants only. All applicants must provide proof of current licensure as a General Contractor in the State of Alaska, proof of bond, proof of adequate insurance coverage, and a summary of qualifications in order to be approved to bid on this proposal.
