Description / Background:
The City of Chino Hills (“City”) is seeking a consulting firm that can provide comprehensive grant research, writing, and management services to help the City obtain grant funding for identified projects and community priorities. Respondents should have demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas identified in the RFP and a proven track record of successful grant acquisitions and ability to secure funding for community-based projects. Firms should have experience with managing federal grant awards.

The submittal package shall include the following: four (4) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and three (3) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
