The City of Titusville requires smoke testing of approximately 120,000 linear feet of approximately 8 inch diameter gravity sewer. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all the labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide the testing detailed in this specification. The location map showing the various smoke testing locations are included as an attachment to this specification (Attachment #1).

The Smoke Testing is a one-time testing project for the listed service areas. The project deadline will be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed. There is no formal contract. All orders shall be placed via City of Titusville Purchase Orders, or as releases against a City of Titusville “Open” Purchase Order.

A list of references from present or former clients. This list shall demonstrate the successful completion of at least 3 similar projects of similar size or greater. The information required for the reference list shall include the Client Organization’s Name, Address, Contact Person(s), Telephone Number(s), Email Address and Description of Service including Start and Completion Dates.
