RFQ #23/24-15
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the
sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittals from
qualified individuals or consulting firms (Respondents) to provide federal lobbying and strategic
consulting services.
All sealed SOQs for RFQ #23/24-15 Federal Lobbying Services shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST],
February 14, 2024.
Solicitations and addenda are available online on the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM)
website located at the following address: https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. You must first
register in the NGEM Supplier System to receive RFQ solicitations. Your Supplier Registration
profile will be shared with all participating government entities.
Pursuant to NRS §332.065(4), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with a
company unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently
engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
Per the Federal Aviation Administration’s Contract Provision Guidelines for Obligated Sponsors
and AIP Projects dated January 20, 2023, the following provisions are hereby referenced for this
