REQUEST FOR BID

EXMARK LAZER-Z X-SERIES MOWER

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00PM on Friday, April 12, 2024

for supplying an Exmark Lazer-Z X-Series mower to the Town of Merrimack’s Highway

Division in accordance with the following specifications and conditions.

The mower shall be an Exmark Lazer-Z, X-Series mower, 60” cutting deck with Kawasaki

engine, model LZX801GKA60600. It shall include:

 Full suspension seat

 Operator controlled Discharge (foot)

 Trash Container (TC26)

 Ultra Vac Completing Kit

 Utlra Vac Quick dump collection system

Delivery date shall be indicated on the bid form and guaranteed.

The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal

taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack,

Highway Maintenance Complex, 76 Turkey Hill Rd, Merrimack, NH.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to

accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.

Bids must be sealed and marked “Bid on Exmark Mower” and be delivered to the Town of

Merrimack Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054, by the time

specified above when they will be opened publicly and read aloud.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the

date and time specified.
