RFP-09-24 - Professional Engineering Services – Multiple Regions – Design and Construction Management Services for Wastewater Treatment Facility Emergency Electrical System Upgrades

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Proposals will be received by the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority, 1523 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, up to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at which time the Proposals will be publicly unsealed and the contents announced for the following: RFP-09-24 - Professional Engineering Services – Multiple Regions – Design and Construction Management Services for Wastewater Treatment Facility Emergency Electrical System Upgrades

All Proposal Documents are available for download upon completion of Vendor registration at www.cmcmua.com or can be made available by contacting the CMCMUA at info@cmcmua.com .

Proposals must be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope and plainly marked with the Name and Number of the RFP and contain the Name and Address of the Proposer on the envelope, pursuant to General Requirements, Item 11 – Submission of Proposals.

Proposals may be hand delivered to the CMCMUA by placing the Proposal in the drop box located to the left of the front entrance of the CMCMUA’s Administration Building, 1523 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House or may be submitted via certified mail or overnight delivery. The Authority assumes no responsibility for Proposals received after the designated time and date, and will return late Proposals to the Proposer unopened.

All Proposals will be unsealed and contents announced by electronic means, and as such, members of the public may view this event, by YouTube Livestream at: https://www.youtube.com/@cmcmua/streams . To maintain social distancing measures, members of the public physically present in the CMCMUA’s Administration Building to witness the unsealing of submitted Proposals will view the event by YouTube Livestream in the CMCMUA’s Public Meeting Room. Proposal documents will be made available to attendees for inspection after the Bids and/or RFPs scheduled for the day have been opened.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and of N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.

This Request for Proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4.
