Northern Wasco People’s Utility District (“NWCPUD”) is seeking to purchase new Carbon Free Energy (“CFE”) resources to serve its existing and growing customer demand. The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to procure up to 150 aMW of firm energy delivered to NWCPUD over an 8760-hour annual period at the load-based profile. Interested parties must contact prd@nwascopud.org for copies of the Excel offer forms. Proposals are due on July 13, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. PPT.
