SALE OF SURPLUS COMPUTERS OWNED BY
THE PAWTUCKET WATER SUPPLY BOARD
The Pawtucket Water Supply Board is seeking sealed bids for the items listed below on the bid form attached
and marked “official bid form”. Such bids to be received in the office of the Chief Engineer by 2:00 PM Eastern
Time on April 17, 2024. Sealed envelopes shall be marked “Bid for Surplus Computers Owned by the PWSB”.
Computers can be viewed at the PWSB offices at 85 Branch Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860 by contacting Terry
LaPierre at 401-729-5026. The highest bidder must remove the equipment within thirty (30) days of
notification following the awards of the bids to the highest bidders. All operating systems are 64-bit.
AWARD ON EACH ITEM WILL BE MADE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. QUANTITIES OF
ITEMS BID ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
MONITORS, KEYBOARDS, MICE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
PLEASE NOTE, that any work necessary for the inspection of any of the items is the bidder’s responsibility.
ALL ITEMS ARE BID AS SEEN / AS SHOWN / AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES EITHER IMPLIED, EXPRESSED OR
GIVEN AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Pawtucket Water Supply Board accepts NO LIABILITY during the
transfer and/or removal of any of these items.
