Bids for the construction of the project will be received in-person by the Town of Colchester, Public Works Director, 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446, until 1:00 PM on April 26, 2024, and at said office publicly opened and read aloud. If BIDS are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope containing the BID addressed to the Town of Colchester, 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446.
