Addendum #3 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 24-33-SD is issued in accordance with the IFB Terms
& Conditions and is intended to provide additional information and clarification to Respondents.
Addendum #3 consists of one (1) item which is listed below, attached hereto and made a part
hereof to IFB No. 24-33-SD.
ITEM 1 – CHANGES TO IFB, SECTION B – BID FORM - REVISED
1. Page B-14 “Acknowledgement and Certification”, first paragraph, Small Minority Business
Enterprises reference
The County does NOT have a Small and Minority Business requirement at this time. Small
business certification documents are NOT required as part of this submission.
Respondents shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with IFB submission.
