Cheyenne Fire Rescue - Backup Generators for Stations #2 & #6

The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 1, 2023 for the “Cheyenne Fire Rescue - Backup Generators for Stations #2 & #6” project.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held via Zoom Online Meeting, on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 1:00 PM. The City will reject bids from any company who has not logged their attendance in the chat box feature of Zoom during the Pre-Bid Meeting.

Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.

The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00.

Provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are, by reference, made an express part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
