L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public afin d’obtenir des services professionnels en ingénierie électromécanique pour un projet de construction neuve (PHAQ) d’un immeuble mixte de logements sur un minimum de 9 étages incluant des espaces commerciaux / communautaires au rez-de-chaussée et d’optimiser le nombre de logements (151 logements prévus aux étages supérieurs en conformité avec la règlementation en vigueur dans l’annexe en pièce-jointe). Le bâtiment à construire sera composé d’environ cent cinquante-et-une (151) unités de logements, réparties sur environ neuf (9) niveaux, incluant un stationnement en soubassement d’une capacité de plus ou moins vingt-sept (27) véhicules. Le projet sera financé par un programme de la Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ). La typologie pourrait variée selon l’optimisation possible répondant aux besoins du milieu. L’ensemble devra être à 100% accessible universellement et les cibles d’efficacité énergétique devront être maximisées selon les cadres normatifs encadrant le projet de construction (SHQ, SCHL, NovoClimat) afin d’optimiser la contribution sous forme de subventions.
