Description

School District #62 (Sooke) (SD62) requires a Construction Manager to support them in relocating 7 portable classrooms from two school sites. 3 from 675 Meaford Ave, Colwood, David Cameron Elementary and 4 from 2764 Jacklin Rd, Langford, Ruth King Elementary to 4 new sites. These are: 3041 Langford Pkwy, Langford, Belmont Secondary (1 unit); 626 Hoy Lake Rd, Langford, Millstream Elementary (1 unit); 3325 Metchosin Rd, Colwood, Sangster Elementary (3 units); and 3500 Ryder Hesjedal Way, Colwood, Royal Bay Secondary (2 units). SD62 will also be providing a washroom portable to be installed at Millstream Elementary.
