Question 1. We will need flow data for normal flows and peak flows on 18” and larger.
2. What is size of RR ROW? 25ft or 50 ft from center of tracks?
3. Several of the line segments run through private property. Assume city has made appropriate arrangements for access. In some cases access also runs through private property
4. What was the City’s plan for bypassing?
5. What is the process to get water from a hydrant?
6. Can we cross tracks with equipment with out a flagger?
7. Are videos available?
8. Will the city locate manholes?

This will be a time to discuss the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance.
