The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the West River Drive and Marquette Street flood mitigation project. The work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for installation of storm sewer and gatewell structures, including but not limited to trenched storm sewer installation, HMA and PCC pavement restoration, and seeding.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
