The Iowa DOT is seeking qualified janitorial service providers to clean and maintain the Interstate Rest Areas at each of the specified locations listed on the lines tab of this RFP.
Procurement timeline for this RFP is attached on the "Attachments" Tab.
The Issuing Agent, identified on the cover page is the sole point of contact regarding the
RFP from the date of issuance until the notice of intent to award is issued (selection of the successful Responder). The Iowa DOT reserves the right to revise the "Work Locations and Schedules" and make other changes that may be deemed necessary to best serve the interests of the State. See specifications for staffing requirements. *Hours reflected in RFP are an estimate only.
Award will be made by line item.
The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments.
