The Contractor shall provide professional design services to support the restoration of permanent heating service to the building. The general scope of work includes replacement and/or repair of any HVAC systems needing to restore heating service as determined necessary. Architectural and engineering services include, but not limited to investigations and evaluations, mechanical, civil, electrical, architectural, structural, design, cost estimating, environmental services, bidding support, and construction administration assistance. The Contracting Agency is utilizing a shortened advertising period due to the urgency of this procurement. See rfp-a, item #14 for site visit information.
