Notes City of Punta Gorda is preparing for future Disasters by entering into Pre-Event Agreements for Debris Removal/Management Services and Ancillary Preparation/Recovery Services. The City will accept proposals from qualified contractors with experience in disaster and debris removal services and the preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of any emergency situation or disaster. It is the intent of City of Punta Gorda to award this contract to one (1) Tier 1 Contractor and one (1) or more Tier 2 Contractor(s). The Contractor(s) will be responsible for all debris operations and recovery services listed within this solicitation. The City reserves the right to activate pre-event multiple contractors at the same time dependent upon the severity of the storm and the availability of the contractors.

The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd
Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:
