NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY – Invitation to Bid - Solicitation #F2023121/CONS-WELLREHAB/1621
The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey
Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:
SCOPE: Contractor to provide all labor, equipment materials and all appurtenances to perform Pre-rehabilitation
Testing and Rehabilitation of Production Wells 4 and 5, located at the City's Shell Creek Reverse Osmosis Water
Treatment Plant (ROWTP), Punta Gorda.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: A State of Florida Licensed Water Well Contractor (WWC) is
required to perform services for this project.
Solicitation Package Protest deadline: March 13, 2024 at 3:00 pm ET
NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference: March 18, 2024 at 11:00 am ET at Procurement Conference Room,
126 Harvey St – 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL
Site Visit Schedule: Bidder may attend at least one of the scheduled site visits. The City will not conduct visits
outside of this schedule): Immediately following the Pres-submittal Conference and March 21, 2024 at 1:00 pm
ET.
Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: March 29, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET
Submittal due date and time: April 8, 2024 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent
issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta
Gorda, FL.

forthcoming addendum or other official communications. Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept
receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a
Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation
Package requirements as provided by the City.
